Ella is a driven professional with 14+ years of experience with building bridges across sectors, fields and cultures. At Ashoka, she mobilizes corporate partners and foundations around a shared mission to tackle social issues at their core, support proximate leaders and co-lead multi-stakeholder initiatives related to migration, diversity, and equity in Europe, Latin America, and South Asia. With Hello Accelerator, she aims to shift narratives on migration through collaborative frameworks.

Andrea is a Venezuelan based in Madrid. For four years she worked managing strategic alliances both nationally and internationally. Currently, Andrea is responsible for the Ashoka Community in Spain, where she promotes the collaboration and growth of the different members of the community to generate a greater impact. In addition, she coordinates the Hello Accelerator Program, where she hopes to contribute to generate multi-stakeholder collaborations between different actors and achieve solutions that address the challenges of migration from the root.

Cigdem has been driving strategic communications projects to strengthen the perception of civil society and philanthropy in Turkey for more than a decade. Since 2018, she has led communication and marketing strategies for Ashoka Turkey and Ashoka Europe and co-led the Ashoka Europe Communication team in the world's first and largest social entrepreneurship platform. Cigdem believes that social entrepreneurs are the leading agents of social systemic change. She designs and enables cross-sector collaborations to expand and leverage the value of social impact and changemaking globally. With Hello Accelerator, she aims to transform narratives in the field of migration, highlighting the contributions of people on the move and promoting inclusive, systemic change through compelling storytelling and cross-sector collaborations.

Communication professional specialized in community development and coordination. She studied journalism and has a degree in Humanities and Social Sciences. In recent years she promoted and accompanied the creation of the 1st Latin American Network of Social Innovation and Migration and the #AshokaTransformersCommunity, a space for training, connection and co-creation between social entrepreneurs from all over the country. She is passionate about connecting people and demonstrating the power of collaboration.

After completing Anthropology Bachelor and Masters in Peace and Development Studies, Joanna worked in humanitarian sector. Joanna was a leader of the NGO Forum "Together" - CSOs for Poland and Ukraine, supporting organizations for people on the move. Always with passion for knowledge sharing and management, she co-creates solutions to bring different sectors of social, academic and business activities together for collaborative initiatives.

Laura is an accomplished leader in policy and social innovation with over a decade of experience working in the European Parliament. Currently, she leads Ashoka’s Changemaker Europe initiative, dedicated to shaping a new vision of democracy and civic participation where every individual can actively contribute to positive social change. As Hello Europe’s Migration Policy Representative in Brussels, Laura focuses on bridging the gap between social innovation and policy-making in migration and integration, championing transformative solutions for migrant communities across Europe.

Maria has a degree from the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the National University of Buenos Aires. She has developed her professional career in Argentina, where she gained experience both in the private sector, working in consulting and financial firms, and in the public sector, working, among other organizations, in the Ministry of Education and the National Institute of Social Security. In these institutions, she found her passion for working and getting involved with social problems, thus helping transform the current realities. María joins the Ashoka team to be part of the Finance and Operations area, with the aim of providing support in the management of the Financial Alliances that Ashoka Spain has.
