Hello Accelerator is a global platform committed to accelerating systemic impact in the migration ecosystem. Founded by Ashoka’s Hello World initiative and in collaboration with IKEA Social Entrepreneurship, we bring together changemakers across sectors to co-create innovative solutions that empower people on the move. Through partnership and collaboration, we strive to create inclusive environments where migrant talent can thrive, fostering systemic change in Europe and Latin America.

Our approach is rooted in deep engagement and understanding. To inform our work, we conducted interviews with 60+ experts across Europe, gaining critical insights into the social and economic inclusion of people on the move. These conversations have helped shape the accelerator’s focus and strategic direction.
